Image Licensing
All images on this site are and will remain the © Copyright and intellectual property of Can Sengunes and are covered by international copyright laws. Images may not be altered in any form without prior consent from the copyright holder,creator and author Can Sengunes. Any unlawful use of an image or part thereof will lead to prosecution under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Picture editors may however use images direct from the site and prior to purchase for the purpose of checking image layouts.

Images are not to be used other than the terms under which they are purchased, this includes the geographic coverage of the licence agreed, the number of runs where a magazine or book or similar media are used, the importance of image on the page viewed ( this means that an image usage right for an inside page may not be the same as for a front cover therefore this will effect the usage fee). Images used on the world wide web will be priced according to timescale of usage and image size on screen.

Model and Property release are not supplied with any of the images unless stated, it is therefore the responsibility of the licensee to obtain any such permissions from third parties regarding property rights, trademarks or any other image content that may require permissions.
Can Sengunes accepts no liability against claims made by third parties regarding damages, expenses, costs or legal fees regarding the content of an image.

All images must be credited to the photographer as ' © Can Sengunes ' , this must be either adjacent to the image, in a credits section or in text accompanying the image. Where a credit is not given , a fee equivelent to double the licensing fee will be charged. Any captions to be used for an
image must be agreed with the author prior to publication.

Proof of usage should be supplied if possible after publication, this can be in the form of tear sheets or other standard methods. All image licenses
are ' non transfereable' this means a licensee cannot sublicence, sell, loan rent or give the image to any third party. Images supplied cannot be copied in any form including making duplicates from tranparencies, prints, negatives or images stored on CD. If an original transparency, negative or Print is supplied for licensing use , the licensee will become resposible for the care of the the above and any loss or damage however caused will be charged at the standard rate Plus. The Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between the licensee and Can Sengunes and using this site means that you agree to this

Prints
Prints purchased from this site do not give the purchasee the right to reproduce the image in any form of media including Internet, Advertising (electronic and conventional ), Display, Television, Any form of printed media, Exhibiting in any form, Any other form of usage currently available or which will be available in the future, without prior consent. Prints purchased for private display in your home or specifically for your workplace may be used as according to the agreement.
